All appointments must be cancelled 48 before to avoid a cancellation fee. Any appointments not cancelled within this time will incur a charge of  50% of the missed appointment.

Colour appointments must be made AT LEAST 48 hours in advance and an allergy alert test must be carried out before any colour appointment. We always recommend a consultation which is free of charge to determine price and appointment length. Any colour appointment valued over £100 must pay £30 deposit when allergy alert test is completed, this is refunded if the appointment is cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.

Masks must be worn when inside the salon, you will see our dedicated page to COVID19 and our regulations. If you’re exempt we ask that you please contact us in advance to arrange an “designated appointment” If you’re exempt and do not tell us before booking your appointment it may result in it being cancelled and  rescheduled.
